Shipping on reorders

Shipping is free with our premier level coins, on your initial order and any reorder OVER 300 coins. If you place a reorder for a quantity less than 300 coins, you will pay the regular shipping cost of $90 per 100 coins based on actual weight.

Coin prices vary with every coin company. Every enhancement you add to your coin, increases the per coin price. We price our quality coins like all of the other coin companies do it because most people are only looking for the lowest price.   However, we don’t do that with our deluxe coins.  At Gray Water Ops, most of the features that result in a superior quality coin are included in our Premier level coins above. The goal of our Premier level coins is to make the absolute BEST design and quality coin for a fair, affordable price.

For instance, your coin can be 2D or 3D on one or both sides. You can have up to six different paint colors per side.We include the epoxy finish on both sides (unless you’re doing a 3D high relief coin and don’t want epoxy )because it finishes and protects the coin. Sandblasting, numbering, silkscreen printing and many other features are available for a small additional fee. A coin should be designed to give it the best finished look, NOT by a specific budget. Let us do what we’re great at, designing and minting a superior quality challenge coin (with over 20 years experience doing just that!)

NEW COIN FACE LIFT

Turn your coin into what it should have been from the start!

Bring us ANY coin reorder, from another company and Gray Water Ops will give your coin a face lift, pay to make a new set of dies at our factory and give you a nicer, heavier coin you’ll be proud to show or hand out! Our Face lift program is for our premier level coins only!

Average Per coin price $5.30 each (100 minimum) Shipping is included in your price.

No additional fees. No artwork or design fees

Serving with the 193d Special Operations Wing, as a weapons instructor, security specialist and graphic artist, I traveled all over the world with my unit. When I traded my unit coin for coins from other military members I met, I noticed a trend. People who had low quality coins continued to reorder that same low quality coin, from the same company, because THE DIES WERE ALREADY PAID FOR! A set of dies can run you anywhere from $185 on the low end to $1,500 per side on the high end!

(SIDE NOTE: Gray Water Ops’ average die cost for a 1.75″ premier level coin is $185 for the set, with or without 3D detail on either side.)

When a unit spends money to have a coin minted, they end up going back to the same company over and over so they don’t get hit with a new die fee somewhere else. That idea changes with Gray Water Ops! If you bring us a coin you had minted somewhere else and you’re just not 100% happy with it, Gray Water Ops will pay to give your coin a face lift, by covering the cost of the dies. (We don’t hide our die fee in the per coin price either so the cost to give your current coin a face lift is about $5.30 per coin plus shipping)

If you have a 1.56″ coin, that size was popular in the early 1990’s because it was affordable. The standard size today (2016) is a 1.75″ or 2" coin. You have your option of a thick 3.5mm heavy quality challenge coin or the thinner 3mm thickness like some other companies mint. Pick the one you WANT because that’s a standard feature on our coins and you won’t pay extra for it!

The most common style of coin we do is a 1.75″diameter, 3.5mm thick coin with (or without ) 3D detail, up to 6 colors per side with an epoxy finish. If your idea is close to this type of coin, your die fee would be $185 to make the mold and $5.30 per coin. If you have a unique coin or would like an actual quote based on your artwork, please fill out the online quote form.

When you place a reorder you only pay the per coin price with a minimum order of 100 coins.

When you have an existing die from another company, we will waive a die fee and create a duplicate of your design for no cost, as long as the order is for 100 coins or more.
