  Just as always, do not sell any players you just get from packs immediately. Not only could they be very useful for solving challenges later but also you might get better offers in the FUT Market beyond the initial bid. And it is very worth checking out the different Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) and find out which ones are the most lucrative, rewards-wise. Then you could see which players would be best for these and sell them to interested players. For instance, Argentina, Brazil, and Spain players are pretty good for Advanced SBC challenges.

  Eventually, if you have excess consumables like chemistry styles, contracts, and position modifiers, and then sell them for Coins. Gold Squad Fitness Cards and some certain position modifiers can get a very high price on the market. Just be sure you have enough to maintain your very own squad before selling them off.
