I quit using laundry mats a long time ago because all the ones I'd go to seemed to always have dirty washers, and the dryers never seemed to be more than warm.So I would use a friends washer and dryer or go to my mothers. Recently my basement flooded and I had ALOT of wet and dirty clothes and towels. My mom's neighbor suggested Freshwave in Redford,and she lives in Farmington! I see why she...

Over priced and rude service. Freshwave advertises free Wifi, but good luck getting the lady to give you the password without making a fuss over it. Also, if their equipment malfunctions, which it often does you WILL be treated as if it was your fault. I say save your money and go to the one at Plymouth near Inkster road, It may not be as "nice" as Freshwave, but the people who run it are...
